How do I talk with people via computer & see their picture and hear their voice as well?
I already know about webcam, but that only let you see the person's face that your chatting with. I've recently heard that you can use also speak to them with webcam? Is that true? Or is it another software?
All I know is that some of my friends can talk to and see their relatives far away in another country without using the phone. All they use is their computer. Of course, they bought other things/software to go along.
So my question is: What are those software, how does it work (brief summary), and where can I get them? Thanks so much for any information since this is really important to me.
Your web cam has the microphone built in if u just bought it. If not, u buy a mic and plug it into your computers external devices. If u r on yahoo & I'm sure u r.......there is a telephone icon & it simply calls the computer 4 u. O! u need speakers or headphones to HEAR the person also.

I am looking for a software program i can use to do this.
I ask it a question via voice. and it will respond with with varios audio files i choose.
Example I ask my computer "how are you?" it then responds by randomly choosing 1 0f 5 audio files that pertain to the particular question. i.e "I am well and how are you, or not to bad, or i feel good thank you for asking.
I want to use audio files of my choosing so i can have any voice i choose.
Any answers to this would be greatly apprceiated. I would also like it if this software had a demo available
